To appoint a new director, you need to submit form AP01 containing the director’s full name, date of birth, nationality, occupation, service address, residential address, consent to act, and appointment date. Identity verification documents, valid photo ID and proof of address are also required under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.
