To deliver accurate and timely services, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.
- Supply documents and records within agreed deadlines.
- Respond promptly to our queries.
- Maintain legal compliance with HMRC, Companies House, and other authorities.
We cannot be held responsible for errors, penalties, or delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by you.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees are agreed before services begin and confirmed in writing (engagement letter or invoice).
- All payments are due in accordance with invoice terms, typically upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
- Government filing fees (e.g., Companies House, HMRC charges) are separate from our professional fees.
- Late payments may result in service suspension, interest charges, or refusal of further work.
Where services are performed in collaboration with UK Authorised Partners, their direct costs or government-related charges may be passed on to you in addition to our professional fees.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All client information and documents shared with us are treated as strictly confidential and only disclosed when:
- Required by law, regulation, or court order, or
- Necessary to perform our services with trusted third-party providers or UK Authorised Partners.
We comply fully with GDPR and UK data protection regulations.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses caused by third-party delays, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Where services are performed in collaboration with UK Authorised Partners, their own terms and conditions may apply, and our liability will be limited to the work directly undertaken by us.
