To appoint a new director, you’ll need to provide Companies House with the following details:

  • Full name (including any former names used for business purposes within the past 20 years)
  • Date of birth
  • Nationality​
  • Business occupation (if any)​
  • Service address (this will appear on the public record)
  • Residential address (this will not appear on the public record unless it’s the same as the service address)
