The Confirmation Statement includes:
- Company name and registration number
- Registered office address
- Details of directors and company secretary
- Statement of capital and shareholder information
- Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code
- Register of people with significant control (PSCs)
From 5 March 2024, companies must also provide a registered email address and confirm that their intended future activities are lawful.
